I think I am in love. SmartSquare together with AMOSLab sent a couple guys over to a huge communications expo called CommunicAsia to show off their newest product offerings. A USB monitor called Ukeymo. Designed to simplify, and reduce costs associated with adding multiple monitors. Right now their smaller screens with resalutions up to 1024×768 but their claim to fame is the ability to connect 127 simultaneous monitors to one PC via’ USB. Available with and without touch screens your creativity can really go far if you wanted to design your own custom keyboard layout or just have a casual rotating digital photo frame. According to the site you can BYO LCD and just buy the circuit board for the Do-it-yourselfers, or go wireless using a wireless USB adapter and a battery pack. Compatible with Win2K, XP, and Vista but I have no word on release dates or pricing in the US.

Very nice. I once played with a wireless touch-screen with my first job, but it was very limited in what it was capable of (resolution, color-depth, etc.). Also, the particular screen I got to play around with used your typical WiFi connection, so I imagine that it may have been trivial to crack into the connection and take over a comp.
This looks much better than what I played with though. I might even check them out for myself, if the price is right.
